Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order information. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are necessary.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4 weeks from receipt of the initial payment. However, this timeline may vary depending on the order configuration, quantity, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options (location dependent), and delivery times will depend on the terms you choose:

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to the port of destination. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import taxes. Estimated delivery time: 30-60 days depending on location.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle shipping, customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to the buyer’s location. Due to additional processing, this method takes longer than CIF. Estimated delivery time: 40-70 days depending on location.

  • EXW (Ex Works): The buyer is responsible for arranging pickup from our manufacturing facility. All shipping, customs, and import fees are handled by the buyer.

Shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including customs processing and local logistics delays.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For CIF and EXW shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs vary by country, so we recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order.

  • For DDP shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the shipping price, and the machine will be delivered directly to your specified location.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
