Terms of Service

Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy

This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy outlines the agreement between Helmet Hygiene LLC (“Company”) and the customer (“Buyer”) regarding quality assurance, replacement parts, technical support, and ongoing service expectations. Helmet Hygiene machines are built for commercial-grade performance and durability. While returns are not accepted due to the specialized nature of the product, we provide structured warranty coverage and a full suite of after-sales support to ensure long-term success for our customers.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the size, customization, and specialized nature of each machine, Helmet Hygiene LLC does not accept returns or refunds. We encourage all Buyers to thoroughly review product documentation, specifications, and videos before making a purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period:
Each machine includes a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. During this period, Helmet Hygiene will provide free replacement parts for any manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal use (non-human-inflicted). Remote technical support is also available for setup, troubleshooting, and part replacement guidance.

Buyer Responsibilities:
Shipping costs for any replacement parts (even during the warranty period) are the responsibility of the Buyer. Machines must be operated according to the instructions in the User Manual. Improper use or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.

After-Sales Support Program

As part of our commitment to long-term customer success, Helmet Hygiene provides all Buyers with access to our Customer Resource Hub, which includes user manuals and setup guides, basic troubleshooting tips, operational best practices, and maintenance instructions.

Our support team is also available to answer technical questions, assist with diagnostics or troubleshooting, and help schedule support calls if needed for more in-depth guidance.

We’re continuously building out our support resources to better serve our operators and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding to long-term operation.

Post-Warranty Support

After the one-year warranty period, replacement parts remain available for purchase directly from Helmet Hygiene. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with parts, shipping, and any related services. Remote support remains available for diagnostics and part sourcing guidance.

Maintenance & Repairs

To ensure performance and longevity, routine cleaning of the machine interior is required. All repairs must be completed under Helmet Hygiene’s guidance. Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications will void the warranty. Helmet Hygiene is not responsible for failures due to neglect, misuse, or unauthorized service.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. It also excludes failures caused by third-party accessories, improper software, unsupported modifications, cosmetic wear, transport damage after delivery, or natural wear-and-tear. Power surges, water damage, weather exposure, acts of nature, and lost revenue or downtime during maintenance or service are not covered.

Payment Systems

Machines may include country-specific cash, coin, and card readers. Maintenance of these systems is the Buyer’s responsibility after purchase.

Operating Conditions

Machines must be kept in clean, dry, and ventilated environments. Buyers must maintain a stable power supply and restock disinfectant regularly. Only approved, non-corrosive disinfectant should be used.

Mobile App Access

Each machine includes access to our remote monitoring app. This service is free for the first year. Starting in Year 2, continued access is $98 per machine per year. The app allows Buyers to track usage, revenue, and system health from anywhere in the world.

Non-Transferable Warranty

The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the machine is sold or transferred to a new owner.

Limitation of Liability

Helmet Hygiene LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warranty coverage is strictly limited to part replacement and remote support under the terms above. All other express or implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
